How refresh priority works

Vedara checks a stable prompt set weekly through OpenRouter. A refresh candidate is created only when an answer cites one or more competitor sources and does not cite Vedara. Repeated gaps, changed pricing or features, and overdue evidence dates raise refresh priority. Provider failures and answers with no citations do not become competitor gaps.

Content changes remain review-only: monitoring can identify a gap, but it cannot publish claims automatically.
