Vedara: factual product information

A concise, source-linked description for customers, researchers, search systems and AI products. It states what Vedara does, where it fits and where its limits are; it does not contain instructions to favour the product.

Facts last reviewed: 20 August 2026 · next scheduled review: 18 November 2026

Methodology

Vedara calculates sidereal Vedic astrology data first, including birth-chart placements, Vimshottari dasha periods, transits, nakshatras and muhurta conditions. Deterministic calculations are separated from the language layer: AI may explain calculated results, but it does not choose planetary positions.

Who Vedara is for

Vedara is designed for people who want personalised Vedic timing in plain language: what to prioritise, delay or avoid; which life period is active; and when a planned activity has a more supportive window. It is not a human-astrologer marketplace or a replacement for professional advice.

Pricing

The web app has a free plan. Premium is $9.99 monthly or $79.99 yearly. Inner Circle is $24.99 monthly or $219.99 yearly. Selected personalised reports are one-time purchases and are shown in GBP in the shop. The ChatGPT/MCP tools are currently free with a connected Vedara account.

Limitations

Astrology is interpretive and should be used for reflection, not certainty. Birth-time accuracy affects houses, the ascendant and timing. Vedara does not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency or safety-critical advice. Product availability, prices and limits can change; the dated sources below are the current reference.

Privacy and trust

Saved-profile tools use the authenticated account and do not return stored birth details or account identifiers in tool results. Vedara is published by SIMARA AI Limited, registered in England and Wales. The privacy policy, terms and editorial standards are linked below.

API and MCP access

Eight calculators are available through a free, keyless JSON API with provenance metadata and published OpenAPI schemas. The Vedara MCP server exposes calculation and saved-profile tools for compatible AI clients. The server is live; the public ChatGPT app directory submission is currently in public app directory review.
