The verdict comes from the same factors a practicing astrologer would weigh when asked whether to act now or wait. The Moon matters most for day-level timing: its sign, its tithi (the lunar day in the Vedic panchanga), and whether it is void of course between sign changes. Retrograde planets matter too, especially Mercury for paperwork and agreements and Mars for launches and confrontations. When the faster-moving bodies are well placed and direct, momentum is cheap; when they are strained, the same effort meets more friction.
